We are not
recipe developers.

You Have Pinterest
For That!

There is no shortage of good recipes out here. Recipe development is stronger than ever, out in these cooking-at-home streets!
What we seek to do, is help you in that gap between “I’m going to cook!” and “Here’s the recipe I want to cook!”

There are so many things in between, and that’s where The Salt Table fits in. When we inspire you with an ingredient or technique,
our hope is that you head to Google or Pinterest to find a flavor profile that works for you.

Occasionally, we’ll post the actual recipe we are using [or one of our own], but we define our success as you experimenting more,
and tearing down the walls of whatever obstacles get in the way of you cooking at home more often
.

Keeping Your Kitchen on Offense

Cooking at home definitely has its challenges, but so does eating out! It can get expensive, the place we really want might not deliver,
when we do get delivery, they might leave out the sauce we wanted, not take special instructions, etc.

In our house, we try to eat out because we want to, and not because we have to.The Salt Table is here to help keep your kitchen on the
offensive—if you, like many others want to cook more at home but might not know how to make it easier.

With everything we share, our desire is to promote the balance of three priorities—saving ⏰, saving 💰, and convenience 💨.
At any given time, one will be more important than the other two, but we can help you keep all three in balance—no matter what your
situation. I have employed these many hacks at every stage: single/married, corporate employee/entrepreneur, adults only/0-3 kids.
So, I am qualified to help!

If you’re looking for the demonizing of carbs and/or meat, keep looking! This is not the place. I definitely had seasons in my younger
years trying to avoid carbs, with no success. Point blank—they’re delicious. My life changed when my goal became PRIORITIZING vegetables. Prioritizing vegetables is different than just removing other delicious things we love. What is the carb you cannot live
without?? For me, it’s 🥖 🍞 🥐 🥯 🤤
